Stuck on a word, a number, or a machine? Ask us.
We're an education project, not a clinic — we can't give medical advice. But if you point at the confusing part, we can almost always translate it. No question is too basic. That's literally the whole point.

Tell us what you're trying to figure out
Drop the device name, the word on the box, or just describe the moment you're stuck on. A real person reads every message.
We’re an education project, not a clinic — we can’t give medical advice, but we can almost always help you understand the words and the gear.
What happens after you hit send
No bots, no ticket-number runaround. Here's the actual sequence.
A person reads it
Your message lands with someone on our small team — not an auto-responder. We read it the same way you wrote it: plainly.
We translate, then reply
Usually within one business day. If your question becomes a guide other people need, we may write it up (anonymously) so the next person finds it.
You stay in control
We only use your details to reply. No newsletter unless you ask, no sharing, no sales calls. Ever.
Before you write
Can you tell me what setting my CPAP should be on?
No — and please don't change device settings based on anything you read online. Those are set by your clinician for a reason. We can explain what each setting does, so the conversation with your care team makes more sense.
Will you recommend a brand to buy?
We don't sell gear and we don't do paid placements, so we won't push a specific product. We will happily explain how to read a spec sheet so you can compare honestly.
I found a mistake on a page. Do you want to know?
Yes, badly. Accuracy is the whole job. Pick 'A correction or feedback' in the form and tell us what's off — we fix errors fast and thank you for it.
Is my message private?
Yes. We use it only to reply to you. See our Privacy Policy for the details, in plain English of course.
Prefer to just browse first?
The Jargon Buster and the device hubs answer most questions before you even need to write. Have a look — the form will still be here.
