Respiratory gear, minus the panic
CPAP machines, nebulizers and oxygen sound clinical and look complicated. They aren't, once someone explains them at kitchen-table speed. That's what this hub does.

CPAP, for Non-Experts

Nebulizers
Mist, medication cups and cleaning, simplified. How to set one up, run a treatment, and keep it from growing nasties.
Clear the mistYour first night with a CPAP
Most of the fear is just unfamiliarity. Here's the whole thing in three calm moves.
Fit the mask while awake
Put it on, turn the machine on, and just sit with it for ten minutes watching TV. Your face needs to learn it isn't an emergency.
Use the ramp
Ramp starts the air pressure low and eases it up as you fall asleep. It's the single setting that makes the first nights bearable.
Clean it in the morning
Empty the water tank, rinse the mask, let it air-dry. Two minutes now saves a chesty week later.
